Overview

Your Ticket Mate subscription includes specific quotas for AI operations and active users. The Usage page provides real-time visibility into these metrics to help you manage costs and prevent service interruptions.

Key Metrics

1. AI Token Consumption

  • Usage by Month: Total tokens consumed across all AI assistants (e.g., ticket enhancement, triage agent).
  • Project Breakdown: See which projects are using the most AI resources.
  • Estimated Savings: A calculation of the time/money saved based on your AI usage.

2. Seat Usage

  • Active Seats: Number of invited users currently assigned to a seat.
  • Available Seats: Remaining capacity based on your billing plan.
  • Pending Invites: Users who have been invited but haven't joined yet.

3. Storage & API Calls

  • Attachment Storage: Total space used by images and documents in the Project Hub.
  • Jira API Calls: Volume of communication between Ticket Mate and your Jira instance (useful for monitoring rate limits).

Managing Your Usage

Threshold Alerts

Set up notifications to be alerted when you reach 80% or 90% of your AI token limit. This allows you to upgrade your plan or adjust assistant behavior before reaching the cap.

Optimization Tips

  • Filter AI Actions: Only enable AI enhancement for specific issue types to conserve tokens.
  • Automated Seat Cleanup: Set a policy to automatically remove seats for users who haven't logged in for 30 days.

What happens if I hit my AI limit? AI features (like Ghostwriter in Cursor or Ticket Enhancement) will pause. Basic Jira sync and dashboard functionality will remain active.
