The Settings section is where you manage the fine-grained configuration of your Ticket Mate workspace. From branding to project visibility, these settings shape the dashboard experience for your entire team.

Key Settings

1. General Preferences

  • Timezone: Ensure all event logs and report data are displayed in your team's local time.
  • Currency: Set the default currency for billing and cost-saving reports.
  • Language: Choose the interface language for the dashboard.

2. Project Visibility

Manage which Jira projects are visible within your Ticket Mate workspace. This helps reduce clutter for teams working in large Jira instances.

  • Enabled Projects: Only synced data for these projects will appear in the dashboard.
  • Archive Policy: Automatically hide projects that haven't seen activity for a specified period.

3. Branding & UI

  • Logo: Upload your company logo to appear on the dashboard and in exported reports.
