Overview

Ticket Mate offers flexible pricing based on the size of your team and the depth of AI features required. Your billing is managed directly through the Admin interface.

Subscription Plans

1. Free / Trial

  • Basic Jira sync.
  • Limited automation rules (up to 3).
  • Standard AI ticket enhancement.

2. Pro

  • Unlimited automation workflows.
  • Advanced Triage Agent.
  • Higher AI token limits.
  • Priority support.

3. Enterprise

  • Custom SLA.
  • Dedicated account manager.
  • On-premise deployment options (if applicable).
  • Advanced security & governance controls.

Managing Your Plan

Seat Management

Ticket Mate is billed per "Seat" (active user).

  • Adding Seats: You can add seats at any time from the Billing page. The cost will be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle.
  • Removing Seats: Decreasing seat count takes effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle.

Payment Methods

We support all major credit cards and bank transfers for Enterprise customers. Update your details in Admin → Billing → Payment Methods.

Invoices

Past invoices can be downloaded in PDF format directly from the Billing history table.

Usage Limits

AI features are subject to monthly token limits based on your plan. You can monitor your current usage in the System Usage dashboard.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a free trial? Yes, all new accounts start with a 14-day trial of the Pro plan features.

What happens if I exceed my AI limit? The AI features will pause until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade your limit. Basic Jira sync will always remain functional.
