Overview

Ticket Mate keeps execution separate from authority. You can delegate work to external tools (for example, Cursor or Replit) while still enforcing who is allowed to trigger, approve, and attach results back to governed projects.

How it works

1. Project hubs: choose where execution is allowed to start (Project hubs at /admin/projects/[KEY]).
2. Authority governance: validate permissions and membership for the target account/project/workspace.
3. Execution delegation: run the task on your agent/worker while keeping the workflow anchored to Jira.
4. Audit & traceability: record execution steps and make DB/query activity inspectable via the request trace debug panel.
