Manage your Jira projects and track progress in Ticket Mate.
Overview
The Projects view provides:
- Project overview with key metrics
- Issue tracking across all projects
- Sprint management and planning
- Real-time sync with Jira
Viewing Projects
Navigate to Admin → Projects to see all connected Jira projects.
Project Cards
Each project shows:
- Project name and key
- Issue count by status
- Recent activity
- Quick actions
Project Hub
Click on a project to access its dedicated hub:
- Dashboard: Key metrics and charts
- Issues: Browse and filter tickets
- Activity: Recent updates
- Settings: Project configuration
