When creating or editing a ticket, use the AI assistant to:
- Generate Descriptions: Turn a few bullet points into a professional, detailed Jira ticket.
- Acceptance Criteria: Automatically suggest SMART acceptance criteria based on the ticket description.
- Technical Breakdown: Get suggestions for sub-tasks and implementation steps.
2. Automated Triage
The AI Assistant can analyze incoming tickets and suggest:
- Priority Level: Based on keywords and historical data.
- Labels & Components: Auto-categorization for better filtering.
- Sprint Assignment: Suggested placement based on complexity and team capacity.
3. Triage Agent (The "Triage Mate")
A specialized agent that continuously monitors your inbox to:
