Tickets Management
Master your Jira issues with AI-enhanced tools and streamlined workflows.
Overview
The Tickets page is your secondary command center for issue tracking. While the Board view is great for visualization, the Tickets view provides the power tools needed for deep analysis, bulk updates, and AI-driven enrichment.
Key Features
1. Issue List & Filtering
Navigate your Jira backlog with advanced filtering options:
- Search: Fuzzy search by summary, description, or Ticket ID.
- Status Filter: View only "To Do", "In Progress", or custom statuses.
- Assignee: Quickly see what your team is working on.
- Issue Type: Filter by Story, Bug, Task, or Epic.
2. AI Enhancement
Turn rough ideas into professional Jira tickets:
- Smart Description: Give the AI a few sentences, and it will generate a structured description with context.
- AC Generation: Automatically suggest Acceptance Criteria based on the requirement.
- Component Suggestion: AI analyzes the ticket to suggest the most relevant project components.
3. Issue Detail View
Deep dive into a single ticket without leaving the context:
- Activity Stream: See all comments, status changes, and work logs.
- Linked Issues: View blocked tickets, duplicates, and parent epics.
- Attachments: Preview images and documents directly in the dashboard.
4. Direct Jira Links
Always stay in sync. Every ticket has a direct "View in Jira" link for those times you need the native Atlassian interface.
Best Practices
- Use AI Early: Run AI enhancement as soon as you create a ticket to ensure high-quality data from the start.
- Keep Status Updated: Your automation rules (mentioned in Automation) rely on accurate status transitions in the Tickets view.
- Leverage Filtering: Save common filter combinations to speed up your daily standups.
