Your central hub for managing Ticket Mate. Use the dashboard to monitor system health, perform quick actions, and track recent activity across your projects.
Overview
The Admin Dashboard provides a real-time snapshot of your entire workspace:
- System Health: Visibility into your Jira and GitHub connection statuses.
- Quick Actions: Shortcuts for creating tickets, inviting team members, and configuring automations.
- Recent Activity: A stream of recent events from Jira, GitHub, and internal system actions.
- Key Metrics: High-level analytics on ticket throughput and automation efficiency.
Key Sections
1. Health & Integration Status
Located at the top of the dashboard, this section shows whether your critical integrations are active.
- Jira Status: Displays "Connected" with a link to manage sync settings.
- GitHub Status: Shows the status of your repository connections and PR syncing.
2. Quick Actions
A grid of common tasks to help you move faster:
- Create Ticket: Quickly draft a new Jira issue using AI enhancement.
- Manage Teams: Add or remove users and adjust permissions.
- View Reports: Deep dive into your project metrics and throughput.
- Automation Rules: Jump directly into the workflow builder.
3. Recent Activity Feed
The activity feed tracks everything happening in your workspace. You can filter by:
- Jira Events: Status changes, assignments, and comments.
- System Events: Integration updates, security alerts, and background job completions.
- User Actions: Audit trail of administrative changes.

- Check Health Regularly: Ensure your Jira OAuth tokens are valid to prevent sync delays.
