Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Ticket Mate, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.


Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Ticket Mate for personal and commercial purposes. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time.

  • You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
  • You may not interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • You may not use automated systems to access the service without permission

Account Responsibilities

Service Availability

Our service integrates with third-party services, including but not limited to Jira. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.


Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ticket Mate, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.


Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ticket Mate and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).


Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.


Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.


Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ticket Mate operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
